Q: How are Soupcan custom insoles different from other off the shelf brands of insoles?
A: Our shoe insoles are hand made especially for you using a positive mold of your feet. This allows an intimate fit to every contour of your foot providing more support and stabilization than any off the shelf, generic shaped insoles. You just cannot get this kind of personalize fit and comfort from a non custom insole or shoe insert. The custom molding also allows us to make modification if needed. Our insoles will also outlast the competition brand. Theirs will last months, whereas, you can expect to wear ours for years!
Q: How does the foot molding process work?
A: When you place your order, we will ship a crush box to you with instructions to take a mold of your feet. The process of making the mold is quick and easy. From a seated position, you will simply step into the foam box which will leave a perfect mold of your feet. You will then mail the crush foam box back to us using the included return address label and prepaid postage. All shipping costs are included in the price of the insoles.
Q: How long will it take for me to get my custom insoles?
A: We have a very quick turn around time once we receive the molds of your feet. Generally, you can expect to have your new custom insoles within two weeks from the time you place your order.

A: FREE SHIPPING within the U.S.! From the molding crush box to the final product, you will not pay a dime for shipping. NOTE: Soupcan Insoles WILL ship anywhere in North America, but there will be a small flat fee for international shipping.
